Chef Deepanker Khosla, the visionary behind Haoma Bangkok, joins hands with Chef Gaurav Kuthari of CHAAT, the Michelin-lauded restaurant at Rosewood Hong Kong. Together, they will craft a multi-course tasting menu that celebrates the richness of Indian heritage through a contemporary lens β blending flavors, memories, and modern techniques into a seamless dining journey.
